 Working in QAIT® has always filled me with a feeling of pride. The work and work culture here has given me immense personal and professional satisfaction. Being an independent testing services company, the focus here is not on being the jack of all trades in software development, but being the master of Quality Engineering. The onsite opportunities provided in QAIT® really help Quality Engineers like me in building up the right end user insight and perspective to achieve optimum quality in the products that pass through our muster. However, the best part has certainly been working in and managing virtual teams. Certainly it is the biggest challenge to sustain and maintain the performance levels in virtual teams but the vast experience, knowledge and guidance of our seniors has always directed us to achieve success even in the challenging virtual team environment. It’s not just about working hard and giving a 100%, QAIT®’s attitude is "Work hard party Harder". Quarterly outstation trips for team building, fun and adventure activities, parties and birthday bashes (birthday bumps :-) ) have been a part of QAIT® culture from the very early days of company establishment. I have been with QAIT® for well over 3 years now, and I look forward to more such satisfying and enriching years.

When I got my first assignment I realize the importance of software testing. It is really challenging and a responsible job. QAIT® changed my attitude from common to “come on” for all the challenges. 
Good things always come in small packets!! So it was when I joined QA InfoTech, QAIT® was a small organization that had a lot of good opportunities for its employees. Today it has grown not just in number, but also as a promising solution provider in the software field. It is not only about the options available, but the freedom that I have enjoyed in exploiting those options, that keeps me going at QAIT®! 
Perfect….! It’s the first word that comes in my mind whenever I think about our company. It is a rapidly growing software testing companies which not only nurture its employees to achieve expertise in software testing but also helps them in their total personality development. Sport lovers in QAIT® get full chance to show their capabilities as they get to take part in various corporate sport tournaments as well as organize indoor sport tournaments within the company. Knowledge sharing events regularly organized by HR department help all the employees to be on the same page. Functions, parties on every festival, quarterly updates and project releases help the employees to release the pressure from work and freak out!
The team members are very sharp and have a great understanding of the product and demonstrate real thought in their exploratory testing, identifying subtle dependencies that had been missed at the specification stage.
