I get immense job satisfaction in this organization and I believe, this is the most important factor that makes you to stick to a company. QA InfoTech is like an extended family. The biggest challenge that any fresher has is whether he would be able to adjust to the IT World....so was my fear when I just moved out of college but QAIT greeted me with open arms and provided me the comfort zone which is much required for any fresher who is just starting his journey.
What makes QAIT different from other companies is the freedom at work that it provides to the employees which brings the best out of you and also instills confidence which in turn helps in both personal and professional growth.
Our company also believes in the fact that “All work and no play make Jack a dull boy”, thus takes care of co-curricular activities like fun trips, participating in sport events etc…... all year around.

I joined QA InfoTech 5 years back as a Trainee, since then I can certainly say that I have grown immensely. I was just a fleck then in the vastness of knowledge that surrounded me; QA InfoTech gave me opportunities to groom myself as a Quality Assurance Analyst. QA Info Tech provides a prolific environment to every employee to balance work and fun.
