Your tester has done a great job as QE for this project. She’s been a fast learner. Later she helped provide continuity to QE activities as most of the rest of the QE team has changed around her. She has developed an excellent understanding of not only the business requirements but also technical knowledge of all the moving bits and parts that make up the system.

This seems like an opportune time to say that unlike many development managers who think of QA as "the enemy", I view it as a valued and integral part of the overall delivery team. Of course, this does not always come through when we are all in the heat of battle and everyone is anxious to get a release out. I quite literally sleep better at night knowing that your team is thoroughly checking our work. In practically every release QA has opened a ticket that turned out to be the "tip of the iceberg" of a larger issue. Personally I would rather close 10 nuisance tickets than have one real issue slip through to production.

Your group is receptive and capable of doing the performance work as requested, which is the most important part of the project. The team discovered the places where there were holes or concerns that I would not have thought of, which meant they did their job. Some of the observations have potential impact on our work while others did not, but the ones that didn't still gave me a better insight into screen reader user behavior. All things considered, the work of this team was a complete success.

I have had the pleasure of working with 5 QA guys from QA InfoTech for six months on a fast developing web application with a million users. They continue to surprise me as they exceed expectations. I certainly like the Automation Testing approach by your team. I've tried for several years to get a team to do automated testing, and this is the first time it’s done the way I wanted it. I'm really happy.

I believe QA in QA InfoTech implies Quality Assured InfoTech. I wanted to pass on this note regarding the recent hack day. QA InfoTech participated in 3 of the winning hacks, and we were totally impressed with the team’s initiative and presentation of their hack idea around cross browser testing. I was really pleased to see QA participating and coming up with ideas. I hope that they enjoyed the day as much as we enjoyed seeing the results of their work. There were many great ideas and we had a tough time choosing the winners, so they should be very proud of the accomplishment!
