Onsite Delivery Model entails that the QAIT® experts are deployed at the client's premises. Throughout the assignment our experts report to an onsite project manager and also report back to our offices on a regular basis. Our expert's team works in parallel with our client at their premises to have direct control over the project and to manage the software testing requirements. Directly interacting with the client to get a better idea of their needs and changes in them, if any, helps us understand client's requirements. This increases the chances of success of the project significantly. |
