As founder and CEO of QA InfoTech Worldwide, Mukesh is responsible for the company's vision and leads the organization's worldwide operations, marketing, sales and development efforts. He founded QA InfoTech with a vision to provide unbiased quality assurance (QA) testing solutions and has grown the organization to five Centers of Excellence, hundreds of employees and more than ten million dollars in annual revenues.

Mukesh began his technology career with DCM Data Systems as a software engineer, and then worked at IBM Corporation, Quark Inc., Gale Group and Adobe Systems in software engineering and testing roles. He has a passion for excellence, an eye for detail and commitment towards customers that has enabled QA InfoTech to stand apart in the exceedingly competitive software testing industry. Under his guidance, the company has contributed to various innovative quality assurance and test-automation solutions.

Mukesh holds a Master of Science and Technology in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India, as well as a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from University of Colorado, Boulder, USA.

When he is not working, Mukesh is an avid reader, golfer and cricket player, as well as a generous philanthropist.

Rajesh co-founded QA InfoTech with CEO Mukesh Sharma and oversees global operations, strategic planning and key growth initiatives in emerging sectors. He is responsible for delivering excellence across all of the company’s five Centers of Excellence and his obsession for perfection has contributed significantly in setting the tone for managing customer relationships.

Prior to his role at QA InfoTech, Rajesh worked as a quality assurance manager at Cyberfuturistics Inc. and then at Avinex Software. At Avinex, he established the quality assurance department and put all of the quality assurance processes in place. His leadership and experience has provided essential guidance for QA InfoTech cross-platform testing engagements and he is also responsible for empowering the company’s testing teams with innovative technologies and state-of-the-art test labs.

Rajesh holds a master’s degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.

He loves playing basketball and listening to music in his free time.

As Chief Technology Officer, Kunal is focused on driving technology and strategy as the company moves into additional vertical markets and technology areas.

Prior to joining QA InfoTech , Kunal was Vice President, Web Applications Development, in Thomson Reuters Equities Division in Boston for 12 years where he was responsible for building and managing more than 20 applications – including real-time, historical, TCA and query-based systems – serving brokerage houses and financial institutions. At Thomson Reuters, he worked in the First Call division for three years and then the AutEx division for nine years. Kunal also worked with Fidelity Investments (Boston) in their Corporate Actions Group for two years.

He holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.

In his spare time, Kunal likes to play lawn tennis and he also enjoys skiing and ice skating.

As Vice President of Quality Assurance, Anshuman oversees the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and protocols for all client engagements. Under his guidance, QA InfoTech’s central knowledge repository for reusable components has grown significantly over the past few years. He also oversees the audit and compliance committee which ensure governance of organizational processes.

Prior to joining QA InfoTech, Anshuman worked as an accounts manager at Concept Communications, and managed the ecommerce function at Radsun Technologies. He has been instrumental in introducing niche testing techniques in functional automation at QA InfoTech and helped pioneer localization using virtualization techniques, which has dramatically enhanced globalization testing efficiencies.

Anshuman earned his Master of Arts (Honors) in General Studies and a Master of Science degree in software systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.

In his spare time, Anshuman enjoys outdoor activities, gliding and trekking.

Minesh started his career at QA InfoTech in 2003 and has been instrumental in nurturing clients and generating a strong history of repeat business for the company. His integrity, dynamic personality and kind demeanor have contributed significantly to building outstanding trust with the firm’s many valued clients. He has also collaborated on a seamless offshore transition strategy for clients that require zero down-time. In addition, he has created a global delivery model which, when customized for each individual client, helps companies realize maximum returns on their outsourced quality assurance and software testing.

Minesh holds a Master of Science Degree in Bioinformatics from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI, USA.

When he is not working, he enjoys table tennis and bowling.

As Director of Engineering, Anup is responsible for processes, tools and technology across all of QA InfoTech projects. With deep insight into software engineering methodologies, and more than eight years of experience across industry and research, Anup works towards providing value based test solutions to all of QA InfoTech’s clients. He is also responsible for the test automation efforts and has been instrumental in developing key frameworks and tools that have propelled QA InfoTech into a league of a select few companies with the highest level of automated testing capabilities.

He is an active speaker and presenter at various conferences. He also works with universities and students to bridge the industry-academia gap and promote Software Testing. Prior to joining QA InfoTech, Anup worked at i2 Technologies and DaimlerChrysler Research and Technology Center building products in Supply Chain, e-Learning and automobiles domain.

Anup holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, Canada, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India. His interests outside of technology and the Internet include trekking and traveling.

As Director of Engagement, Rajini leads the engagement and relationship management for some of QA InfoTech's largest and most strategic accounts. She is also involved in test evangelism and thought leadership activities, such as blogging on test trends, technologies and best practices; building the test brand for QA InfoTech in the U.S.; and generating ideas for service enhancements.

Rajini has more than eight years of professional experience, primarily in the software quality assurance space. Over the years, as part of Polaris Software Labs and later at Disha Technologies, Aztecsoft and MindTree, she has been in various client-facing roles including project management, engagement management and QA pre-sales for leading ISVs such as Microsoft. Her primary areas of expertise are technical account mining and customer relationship management, both of which help her take existing strategic accounts to new heights.

Rajini holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a master’s degree in Computer Applications, from University of Madras, India, where she graduated at the top of her class in both degrees.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, multi-cuisine vegetarian cooking and making jewelry.
