We provide two registration methods for training classes:

• Email: You can email us at learning@qainfotech.net to register for any of the classes that we offer. Put the following Subject: Registration <Course-ID> (eg. “Registration Request for QA 101”)
• Appointment: You may call 248-719-3409 for setting up an appointment for registration.

Registration Guidelines
Prior to pre-registration week, candidates may meet with their academic advisors to select courses. Of key importance is that candidates and advisors make sure the candidate will complete eligibility requirements in time to complete the training program on schedule.

In case if you have additional questions or require assistance for the registration, please call 248-719-3409 between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern time. A member of the Training Services Desk Team will be available to answer your questions. If you prefer, you may also come to the Services Desk located in Farmington Hills office for in-person assistance. We strongly recommend setting up appointment over phone before walking in.

Registration Fees

The registration fee is customized for every course that we offer. We take into consideration the level of course, the number of hours and practical Vs Theorectical aspects of the course for fee determination. Fees for every course is listed on the course page.

Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

QA InfoTech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any programs or courses. In the event that QA InfoTech cancels a program or course, a full refund of the amount paid for the program or course will be issued or applied as a credit toward a rescheduled program or course. QA InfoTech cannot and does not assume responsibility for any other costs or damages (including consequential, exemplary, incidental, or tort damages) or for any lost profits resulting from QA InfoTech rescheduling or canceling a program or course.

Refund Policy
By submitting payment to QA InfoTech, Inc. for a training, seminar or certification exam, you, the customer, acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to this refund policy (the "Policy"). The fact that QA InfoTech shall have planned for and incurred expenses in anticipation of your participation in the training seminar or course shall serve as adequate consideration for your assent to the Policy.

If you have paid but decide not to participate in a training program, you may request either:
i) A refund (available only if requested at least 1 week prior to start of the course),
ii) To reschedule to another course of equal or lesser value, or
iii) To substitute someone in your place.

If you provide notice less than 3 days in advance of the course starts, you can use fees to register for another course of equal or greater value.
