Software Testing is an art and a science. While an individual can be trained on software testing principles, he/she should have a tester’s mindset with good analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking and creativity to excel in this discipline. At an entry level, we offer a Software Testing Foundation Program for 3 months, with a 100% job placement guarantee, subject to the trainee’s performance over the training period. This is an intensive hands-on training, preparing the individual for a full fledged entry level career in software testing. A training division is chartered with the responsibility of maintaining a practical and comprehensive training package to reflect client needs, industry trends and the nuances of software testing as a discipline. Besides the entry level program, other sessions provide ongoing training to certify our employees in their career progression path including:

• QA InfoTech Certified Test Manager (QCTM)

Periodic formal and informal assessments help us gauge our employee’s competency levels, identify deltas and plan for a learning program to help them fix their gaps.
