Security of information is very crucial aspect.

At QAIT® we rigorously protect confidential information for our clients; It is not only a business requirement for us, but also an ethical and legal requirement, which we take very seriously. We have established Bio Metric Security Management system through out our premises which ensures only the authorized individual working on a particular project can get access to the classified information. Every single engagement that we deliver fulfills the client specified security requirements.

Restrictions on use

We understands that Information which is considered to be of confidential in nature must only be accessed, used, copied, or disclosed by persons who have been authorized to access it. At QAIT® we have different layers of security control and each employee has restricted access to the confidential information. We have implemented finger print access control which is A category in information protection, whereas in many organization the Access card control based security is implemented which can be breached very easily. Access can be breached easily if one is using traditional Cards, they can be lost or stolen Vs Finger print access which is very hard to breach, let alone can be stolen or lost.

Network Security System

QAIT® has well managed 24x7 Network Security System. Our Visitors are restricted beyond specific access points. Our IT Support Team continuously monitors employees and work environment through Information Security Policy.

Data and Information Security

To prevent unauthorized access to important files and directories we have well defined access control policy.

To improve data availability and reliability we have installed automated data backup system. Data Security Firewalls and vLANs are installed to prevent unauthorized access to the network
All Application, Web, Data, and Mail servers are located in an independent and restricted zone area which is authorized only to restricted personals.

We have state of the art Firewall and Anti virus protection for servers and computers. A separate disaster recovery location holds daily backups. This is to ensure business continuity in case of any natural or unforeseen calamities.
